After a year dedicated to fundraising and community efforts, members of the Virginia Lead Up team have embarked on a significant journey to Kenya from the 8th of August to the 18th. This trip is the culmination of numerous fundraising activities aimed at supporting crucial projects in Kenya. During their visit, the team will engage directly with local communities to better understand the living conditions and challenges faced by the residents.
A highlight of the trip is the inauguration of a new water well, funded by the money they raised throughout the year. This well is expected to provide vital access to clean water for the local community, significantly improving their quality of life.
