Brothers in San Fe came together with our university friends at the “Brother’s Friendsgiving” event on 23 November at the Redwood Hall room of the Mountain View municipality to get together and have a meal on the occasion of Thanksgiving. The programme was attended by more than 50 people. There were about 10 non-Turkish participants in the programme. A card game called “Icebreaker” with humorous and interesting questions was played in order for the participants to get to know each other better. This was followed by dinner and dessert. Afterwards, a Jeopardy game was played in which each table competed as a team against the other tables and symbolic medals were given to the winning team. Afterwards, we finished the programme by saying goodbye to our friends and giving them their gifts.
