On January 26th, We kicked off our latest Cooking Class with an unforgettable journey into the flavors of traditional Turkish cuisine! Guided by our talented chefs, eight enthusiastic participants joined us to master the art of preparing iconic dishes.
 
Together, we learned how to make Dolma (Stuffed Dried Eggplant), the savory and flaky Börek (Potato Pastry), and the sweet indulgence of Homemade Baklava. Of course, no Turkish meal would be complete without a comforting cup of Turkish Tea, brewed to perfection.
 
The class was a celebration of community and culture, filled with laughter, delicious aromas, and a shared love for culinary exploration. Our participants didn’t just cook; they connected, learned, and enjoyed every bite of their hard work.
