Weekend Mentor Training Program Prepares for the Year Ahead – August 3, 2024
Over the weekend, a two-day mentor training program was held with middle school, high school, and home mentors. The program was filled with discussions, seminars, and workshops. We shared best practices, transferred experiences, and planned for this year’s mentoring programs. Topics such as “What makes an ideal mentor?” and “How can we develop ourselves throughout the year?” were also discussed. A total of 16 middle school mentors, 12 high school mentors, and 6 home mentors participated in the program.
